How you’ll make a difference
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be providing a high level of service to the community, residents and visitors of Hepburn Shire. You will be rostered to work in the libraries and community hubs throughout the Shire to respond community needs.
Our ideal candidate
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of people. You will have demonstrated customer service skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. You will be a problem-solver with excellent management skills.
