The Role

This is an Installer position where you'll be installing rails and solar panels on both residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing racking on roofs
• Assisting with solar panel installation
• Supporting electricians on-site
• Working on a variety of commercial & residential jobs
• $35/h for inexperienced $40/h for experienced installers
• All tools supplied!

About You

We have full-time positions available and are happy to train new starters who are eager to learn and grow in the industry. If you have prior construction experience, your skills can easily be transferred over!

• Working at Heights & White Card are a plus – but if you don’t have them, we’ll help you get certified!
• Comfortable working at heights
