About the role
We're looking for Registered Nurses to join our committed Emergency Department team located in Horsham, providing nursing care tailored to each patient's assessment and healthcare requirements. This position involving a rotating 24/7 roster. The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in a related discipline, possess a current ALS certificate or be willing to obtain one.

We're actively seeking candidates for this role and will review applications as they come in.

Skills and experience

Essential:

• Current Division 1 registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
• Clinical Skills and experience relevant to emergency nursing
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in the use of information technology
• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, motivated and manage time effective

Desirable

• Post Graduate/Certificate qualifications in a related discipline
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support or willingness to obtain the qualification

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $40.15 - $50.68 per hour.
