Physiotherapist Position at Enable Healthcare

Are you a passionate and driven physiotherapist looking to make a real difference in the community? Join Enable Healthcare, a boutique team led by two highly experienced physiotherapists. We are looking for both new graduates or seasoned professionals to join our dynamic team, working alongside an exercise physiologist to provide comprehensive care.

About the Role:

• Position: Full-Time/Part-Time Employee (Contractor option available)
• Location: Mobile role covering Mornington Peninsula, Bayside, or South East Melbourne with a fixed location in Seaford available if suitable for some clients and if the practitioner wishes to do focus on some in-rooms style treatment, with access to some gym equipment.
• Client Base: Predominantly homecare patients, with some private, WorkCover, TAC, and NDIS clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and reviews
• Provide individualised, evidence-informed treatment, administering a range of physiotherapy treatments as you see fit (such as exercise prescription, dry needling, massage, TENS, E-Stim, and client education, etc)
• Falls risk assessment and prevention
• Liaising with stakeholders and progress reporting
• Equipment prescription and manual handling training as/if required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or internationally recognized equivalent)
• AHPRA registration as a general physiotherapist
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification

Employment offer

• Hourly rate (above award rate)
• Productivity budget/bonus commission available for employees
• Travel allowance paid at 92 cents per kilometre in accordance with the award and based on the relevant kilometres travelled by the employee to be recorded and logged.
• 11.5% superannuation in line with super guarantee.
• Time in lieu where overtime is recorded/approved
