We are currently seeking a detail-focused and experienced Senior Accountant to enhance our dynamic team. Your Role:

As our Senior Accountant, you will manage key client relationships and provide high-quality financial services and strategic business advice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate financial reports and statements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Advising clients on accounting software (XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks).
• Preparing and lodging financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with Australian taxation laws.
• Managing clear and professional communication with clients and the Australian Taxation Office.
• Mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work, and fostering their professional growth.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with our diverse client base.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within public accounting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian taxation legislation.
• Proficiency in XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Access Handisoft desirable).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members effectively.
