The Opportunity:

As a Digital Assets & Fintech Lawyer, you will advise a diverse client base on complex regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters in the fast-growing fintech sector. Your work will include:

• Advising on cryptocurrency and blockchain regulation, compliance, and licensing
• Handling digital asset transactions, smart contracts, and token issuances
• Assisting startups and financial institutions with regulatory frameworks, AFSL licensing, and AML/CTF compliance
• Structuring innovative fintech products and services within the legal and regulatory landscape
• Providing strategic advice on decentralised finance (DeFi), NFTs, and emerging fintech trends

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, engage in industry networking and marketing, and benefit from structured career progression towards senior leadership roles.
