The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Joinery Installer to lead and manage kitchen installations across Newcastle and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for a confident, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

You will be responsible for delivering two full kitchen installations per week, plus maintenance and minor adjustments as required. You’ll have the support of a project manager for major lifting and coordination, but will operate independently for most of the week, ensuring projects are completed on time, to specification, and with outstanding craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Kitchen Installations – Lead and complete high-quality installations with precision and attention to detail.
✅ Project Coordination – Work closely with the project manager to ensure seamless workflow and effective problem-solving.
✅ Site Management – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite, following WHS guidelines.
✅ Client Interaction – Represent Unity Kitchens professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Problem Solving – Quickly identify and resolve on-site challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.

Who You Are

- Experienced: You have proven experience in kitchen installation, cabinetry, or joinery.
- Results-Oriented: You work with efficiency and precision, meeting installation targets.
- Self-Motivated: You take initiative and enjoy working independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-Solver: You think on your feet, making decisions confidently to keep projects moving forward.
- Physically Capable: You are comfortable with the demands of manual handling and on-site work.
