About The Role:

X-Golf Maroochydore is looking for a new energetic, enthusiastic & fun team member with relevant experience to join our team to provide our guests with unforgettable experiences and service. We are searching for a team member that gives guests the opportunity to learn about and enjoy our main business drivers; functions/events, competitions, memberships, golf lessons and more!

We recruit based on attitude towards the role! We want to build a team that is focused on learning, developing, and enjoying their work environment.

Previous Experience:

• A focus on and understanding of exceptional customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and show initiative in both pressure filled and slower business periods
• Food, beverage and bar experience, or interest in this area is advantageous, but not essential
• Interest/experience in golf is advantageous, but also not essential

Skill & Abilities:

• Can work as part of a small team
• Can follow policies and procedures of the business
• Initiative, the ability to set priorities and organise work output
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build relationships to create a fun work environment for all
• RSA Certificate
• Can work both days & evening during the week and of weekends.
