NIGHT AUDITOR / GUEST SERVICE AGENT

Brisbane International Virginia is located on the North side of Brisbane just 14km from the centre of the city. We are a 4 Star property set amongst 6 acres of lush tropical gardens, renowned for friendly and personalized service. Our Hotel includes 78 Accommodation rooms and apartments, award winning a la carte Rocklily Restaurant and 8 Function rooms.

Brisbane International Virginia is currently seeking a casual Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent.

• 2 to 3 nights per week in the Night Audit role, typical hours 10pm to 6am.
• Ability to work extra Night Audit shifts when coverage required
• The possibility of extra shifts of various hours if interested

Applicants must be motivated to work independently as well as part of a team, and the successful applicant will be responsible for all key performance areas, guest satisfaction, shift / day balance, cash and credit handling, sales handling and end of day reporting. Some cleaning will be expected each shift.

You should have the following essential attributes:

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry in a similar position an advantage but not essential
• Enthusiasm - be guest focused and be able to fit in an excellent team environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional service, along with a professional and welcoming manner
• Be charismatic, outgoing, proactive and show initiative
• The ability to multi-task in a busy hotel
• An ability to work shift work
• Be reliable
• An ability to be flexible to cover shifts through the whole year. The business operates 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year.
