LINDHAM PROPRIETORS is a family owned and operated business since 1991.

Experienced Piggery Attendant required at LINDHAM PROPRIETORS grower site, Wild Horse Plains SA 5501.

Duties will include completing a wide range of animal husbandry tasks assisting in the care and welfare of our pigs. All duties are expected to be carried out to a high standard. Reporting back to the site manager daily.

The position will cover all aspects of livestock duties as required.

• Pig/ Livestock experience is essential
• Knowledge of APIQ Standards desirable not essential
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must have a current drivers licence
• Experience with common hand tools
• Heavy vehicle licence and/or forklift is desirable but not essential
• Ability to follow directions
• Competence to work independently
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work at other sites when required
• Be physically fit and able to work in the outdoor environment
• Applicants must be currently living in Australia.

The position may require rostered weekend & public holiday hours. Renumeration is above pastoral award rates and subject to applicants’ knowledge and experience. Accommodation is included on site (3 bedroom house)
