You’ll play a key role in connecting our sales, production, supplier, and customer teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality production process from start to finish.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers exposure to all areas of our business, making it the perfect opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Communication: Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide advice on design options, and share best practices.
• Artwork & Mockups: Use Photoshop or Illustrator to create accurate artwork mockups, ensuring logos and designs are optimised for the product.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to address challenges and maintain seamless workflows.
• Order Review: Double-check all orders for accuracy, quality, and feasibility before production begins.
• Uphold Quality Standards: Ensure all merchandise exceeds client expectations.
• Job Tracking: Monitor production progress with Monday.com to ensure timelines are met.
• Admin Support: Manage invoicing, data entry, and additional administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• A creative eye and willingness to learn about our products.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (required).
• Experience with website admin is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong computer skills; MYOB and Excel knowledge is advantageous.
