Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead and oversee all front of house operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar management position within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer experiences.

Manage and lead a team of front of house staff, providing training, support, and performance management.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

Manage reservations, events, and special dining experiences.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

Maintain presentation standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Assist in menu development and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including percentages and financial targets.

Oversee marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in front of house management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong understanding of front of house operations.

Experience with staff scheduling and performance management.

Experience in menu planning, financial analysis, and marketing strategies.

Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with Coeliac Australia accreditation standards is highly desirable.
