Create Catering is looking for a fulltime Cafe Manager to join our team on Phillip Island working with the Phillip Island Nature Parks venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily venue & cafe operations, ensuring excellent service and a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages.
• Greet and serve customers, taking orders and delivering food and drinks with a positive attitude.
• Maintain stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Keep the café and coffee station clean and organized, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Support the venue team during peak periods, ensuring efficient teamwork.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a café or hospitality role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of event delivery and execution.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stay organized.
• Familiarity with roster software (Employment Hero / SWAG) POS (Square) and accounting systems.
• A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle customer requests efficiently.
