This organisation is a highly successful, established provider of products, services within the healthcare sector. Following significant investment, they are poised to grow their footprint. As a result we are seeking a Regional Manager – Retail and Business Development playing a critical role in growing and building on the current established retail arm of the business. the focus is to ensure excellence in customer service, revenue growth, and cost control within the channel.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Understand key drivers of sales success in the region, implementing strategies to maximise opportunities.
• Ensure showrooms operate best practice with supportive and knowledgeable teams servicing customers.
• Manage key customer relationships with distributors across the region.
• Support managers in implementing growth strategies.
• Lead and mentor the showroom, sales and operation teams.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance of the team.
• Foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and skills development.
• Ensure inventory mix and planning levels are sufficient to support sales.
• Participate in region focused meetings, conferences, exhibitions & supplier meetings.
• Provide region support for promotional programs & marketing activities.

The Qualifications and Skills we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role with a product based retail operation.
• An understanding of healthcare equipment would be advantageous.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field with additional tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
