They are now seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join their growing Byron Bay team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director, taking the business to the next level by ensuring smooth and efficient deal processing from start to finish. The role offers flexible, remote working arrangements for candidates based in Byron Bay or across QLD, VIC, and NSW.

About the Role:

As a Credit Analyst at Entourage Finance, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process, assessing applications, structuring deals, and ensuring compliance with lender policies. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Director, improving efficiencies, and helping scale the business as demand continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, structure, and manage loan applications across residential and investment lending
• Ensure all applications comply with lender policies and responsible lending obligations
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, clients, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth settlements
• Work directly with the Director to improve processes and support business growth
• Identify potential risks and provide strategic lending solutions
• Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a seamless finance experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or mortgage assessment
• Strong knowledge of residential and investment lending, self-employed structures, SMSFs, and trusts
• Ability to take ownership of the credit function and work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals efficiently
• Experience working with a brokerage or aggregator platform is highly regarded
