Based in Cowra, the Central West of NSW, our client is a leading agribusiness and meat processing company. With a stable and profitable history to rely on, they are now seeking the services of a full-time qualified Boilermaker to join their Cowra operations maintenance team.

Hours of work are from Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm. Regular overtime is available. Compensation $$ is based on qualifications, capabilities and demonstrated experience. Candidates will not be disappointed.

This role involves maintaining and repairing processing equipment, ensuring smooth operations within our processing plant and associated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication, welding, and repairs of plant and equipment.
• Complete breakdown repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
• Work with processing equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime in operations.

About You:

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Welder (Cert III Engineering – Fabrication).
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing industries is highly regarded.
