About The Role

This unique opportunity would suit a Clinical RN with training/assessment qualifications who can coordinate/deliver education for clinical and other teams within the business unit. This hybrid role provides clinical training together with co-ordinating other training and onboarding for hospitality services, allied health, maintenance, home care and retirement living.

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, the position is critical to support the skills currency of our workforce and accreditation requirements. This role is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexibility of days worked or full-time if selecting to also work RN shifts.

About You

You will have the following experience and be able to apply your clinical and people experience in teaching, growing and developing our staff across all business units:-

• Compliance, writing and reporting
• Working with people and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Planning, organising and leading
• Deciding and initiating action

1. Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration
2. Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or independent living.
3. Strong computer skills and ability to use resident programs
4. Demonstrated skills and experience in:-
5. Current driver’s license.
6. Current NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain and AHPRA registration
