About the role
We are looking for an Experienced qualified Shop Fitter, Cabinetmaker, Installer to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• You would be expected to understand cad drawings.
• An ability to assemble and sometimes install cabinets from computer drafts.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and design team to troubleshoot any installation challenges
• Be able to read CAB MASTER plans
• Able to follow directions and carry out the tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail, and the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise tasks and time.
• Ensure Factory and Job sites are kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Participate in regular team meetings
• Ability to work unsupervised and be confident in instructing others

What we're looking for

• Formal Shop Fitting, carpentry or cabinet making qualifications with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of cabinet and joinery construction and installation techniques and practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve any unexpected challenges
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications (CAB MASTER)
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and procedures on job sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the wider team
• A valid manual driver's licence and your own tools
• Have a good work ethic and always be punctual
• Be neat in presentation and possess good people skills
