In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for is looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of major audiovisual technology systems across Queensland. If you have a strong background in AV systems, vendor management, and project delivery, this is your opportunity to contribute to critical Queensland services.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing AV projects within scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Overseeing project plans and coordinating related initiatives.
• Engaging stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Developing strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Providing project updates for strategic planning.
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitoring progress and measuring benefits.

What you need to bring

• Experience managing AV or VC technology projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and vendors.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation.
• Ability to interpret technical and business documents.
• Clear and concise business writing skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Adherence to public service principles.

Bonus points for…

• PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Practitioner certification.
• MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) qualification.
• Experience in government or large-scale AV projects.
• Financial management across multiple project cycles.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology services.
