The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Project Director to work alongside our company Principals, driving the design and delivery of incredible projects from concept to completion. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead, shape the future of our firm, and make a lasting impact in the architectural industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and inspire teams through all project stages
✔️ Drive innovation and oversee design excellence across multiple projects
✔️ Ensure precision in QA as a Design Practitioner on construction projects
✔️ Oversee working drawings, detailing, budgets, resourcing, and client relations
✔️ Deliver high-end residential and large-scale multi-residential projects with finesse
✔️ Mentor and uplift junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence
✔️ Communicate and implement our company’s design strategy with confidence

Who You Are

You’re an ambitious leader with a passion for great design and seamless project execution. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are excited to shape the future of architecture.

• Registered Design Practitioner (NSW) with expertise in DBP requirements
• Experience leading Class 2 projects through delivery stages
• Local expertise across all residential typologies, from design to documentation
• ArchiCAD proficiency (preferred but not essential)
• A sharp eye for detail, quality, and innovation
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• The ability to thrive under pressure and drive results
