Our client is a well-established retail brand. Known for its diverse product range and busy store environments, they are seeking a proactive and resilient Store Manager to take charge of daily operations and lead a high-performing team.

Role Overview:
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a results-driven mindset. You will play a key role in managing stock, coaching your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a demanding retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Development: Manage, mentor, and support a team of 65 staff, creating a productive and motivated work environment.
* Operational Management: Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, rostering, and compliance, ensuring smooth daily execution.
* Inventory & Stock Control: Handle a high volume of SKUs, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient ordering, and minimal shrinkage.
* Customer Service & Communication: Maintain excellent communication with customers and staff, resolving issues effectively and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Performance & Reporting: Monitor and analyse store performance, implement improvements, and ensure targets are met.
* Merchandising & Store Presentation: Ensure the store layout is functional and aligned with operational requirements.
