About the role
It's an exciting time to join the People and Culture function at NESA, we have been actively enhancing our delivery of core operational services and are moving into pursuing new enabling technology solutions, in addition our People and Culture team are responsible for designing and delivering an exciting agenda of strategic people priorities and workforce programs.
Joining our Recruitment team as a Recruitment Partner, you will be the central point of subject matter expert advice and support to a broad range of hiring managers and stakeholders (working in a portfolio model). This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the continuous improvement of stakeholder-focused practices, and partner with business areas to design and deliver effective talent acquisition approaches.
The Recruitment Partners have a broad range of responsibilities in an environment where they demonstrate high levels of independence and problem-solving to support, advise, provide solutions for, guide and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders.
On a day-to-day basis this role is responsible for:
· Proactive and high-touch end-to-end recruitment services and advice, including:
- role design, workforce planning, hiring briefs.
- job advertisements, advertising strategies, sourcing, managing candidate enquiries (as the primary contact).
- shortlisting, phone screens, creating candidate assessment tasks, drafting interview questions.
- advising hiring managers on selection decisions, making offers, negotiating salaries, and developing and delivering candidate feedback.
· Developing a deep understanding of NESA’s business, culture and hiring needs and applying that knowledge to the recruitment advice and services they provide to hiring managers and candidates.
· Ensuring a high level of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and attention to detail are evident to stakeholders.
· Delivering services with a sense of urgency and ensuring recruitment service metrics are met.
· Demonstrating high levels of written and verbal communication skills to liaise with hiring managers and candidates on routine and complex matters.
· Ensuring recruitment plans and activities meet legislative requirements and appropriate record keeping is maintained.
This is a role for a highly experienced recruiter looking to develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and provide advice and services to them and candidates with a high degree of expertise, care and engagement. Our ideal candidate has internal recruitment experience in a complex environment, working effectively in a shared responsibility model with hiring managers.
