Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer with Pronto experience to join their team immediately in a temp-to-permanent position. This end-to-end accounts payable role involves managing the full cycle of processes, from invoice processing to payment. You will be part of a team of 3, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, responding to vendor inquiries via phone and email
• Manage new supplier setups, including credit applications and updating vendor details.
• Accurately enter and process a high volume of invoices into the accounting system.
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments
• Reconcile supplier statements with invoice data.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Accounts Payable Manager

About You:

• MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Pronto experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle a high volume of invoices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
