About the role

We are seeking a casual House Keeping professional to join our team at QCWA KISSING POINT UNITS in North Ward, Queensland. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our guest accommodation, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for all our visitors.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Replenish linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
