Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Child Psychologist to join our Hornsby clinic on a contract basis, focusing on providing therapeutic services for children and adolescents, including those with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent presentations. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule, with an initial commitment of three days per week and the opportunity to increase as your caseload expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents with neurodivergent conditions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-10 sessions per day, with uncapped billing potential.
- All necessary therapy equipment is provided, with the option for assessment sessions (not required).
- Collaborate with a supportive team of five psychologists to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary discussions to enhance client outcomes.
About You
- You are a registered General or Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA.
- You have at least two years of post-registration experience working with children and adolescents.
- You have experience supporting neurodivergent populations, particularly those with ADHD and Autism.
- You are comfortable working independently as a contractor, managing client billing and invoicing.
Contract Details
- Billing split of 60/40 in favor of the clinician.
- Flexibility to work from three days per week, with the potential for more as referrals grow.
