About the role

All Aspects Glass And Aluminium is seeking a skilled Window Fabricator to join our team in Gympie, Queensland. In this casual role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of high-quality windows to support our growing business. With a focus on efficiency and attention to detail, you will play a key part in delivering our products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Cutting, and assembling window frames to precise specifications
• Performing quality checks throughout the fabrication process
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and productivity
• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
• Providing support to the wider manufacturing and logistics operations as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a window fabrication or assembly role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances
• Proficient in the use of power tools and measuring equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Experience fabricating Alspec commercial systems (Desireable)
• Ability to read and interpret cutting sheets.
