We are currently looking for an experienced Float Operator with an MC license and machine operating experience to assist with machinery movements across our Huntly, Pinjarra, Willowdale/Larego, and Boddington sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Float Operator – Previous experience floating heavy machinery (excavators, dozers, etc.).
• MC License & Clean Driving Record – Essential for operating a 50T Quad Float & Dolly.
• Road Ranger Gearbox Experience – Confidence in handling manual transmissions.
• Self-Loading Experience Preferred – Ability to safely load/unload heavy machinery.
• Strong Work Ethic – Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• OH&S Awareness – Commitment to safety, fatigue management, and compliance.

Physical & Compliance Requirements

• Fit for Work – Good level of fitness & general health.
• Pre-Employment Medical & Drug/Alcohol Test – Required.
• HV Fatigue Management Certificate – Online certification before starting.
• Ability to Work in Outdoor Conditions – Adapting to weather & terrain.
