Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee the construction of duplexes in the Northern Sydney Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Construction Foreman will lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient coordination and communication on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, including supervising construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets company standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Provide 3 weekly programming onsite

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable appropriate transportation.
• Must be receptive to direction and able to follow project requirements effectively.
• Must have a registered Australian Business Number (ABN).
