As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our team.

The Role

As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and providing valuable financial insights. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in Netsuite and end-to-end accounting functions who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
• Maintain financial records, including invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, including sales, inventory, payroll, bank transactions, and tax compliance.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and tax obligations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including tax accountants, to optimize financial processes.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and internal control reviews.

About You

• Minimum of three years’ experience as an Accounting Officer or Financial Controller.
• Proven experience working with enterprise systems such as Netsuite, including processing, integration, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, costing, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, including taxation and financial controls.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to change and new systems/processes.
