About the Opportunity

My Therapy Crew is looking for Clinical Manager to lead our team based in Darwin, NT. We're looking for an experienced therapist who loves to lead.

The Clinical Manager must have a qualification as an Allied Health Professional and experience in senior leadership roles. They will be responsible for the overall function of the clinic/s they oversee. Lead and senior clinical staff of this clinic will report to this position.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Supervising and supporting Lead and Senior Therapists across disciplines
  • Fostering relationships with support coordinators and referral sources
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Leading team meetings and supporting a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborating with business and administration teams to optimize clinic efficiency
  • Monitoring and driving clinic performance to meet KPI targets
  • Providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff

You'll have the opportunity to use your skills in leadership and management while still retaining use of your outstanding skills as a therapist with a 50% clinical caseload.

About You

To qualify, you will need either:

  • a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current registration with AHPRA.
  • a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) and current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Other Allied Health Qualification and registration

We're seeking an appropriately qualified an experienced lead/senior therapist with experience in all aspects of clinical work and supervision and in supporting and leading a team.

Additionally, the following skills and experience will be highly valued:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Organisational and time management skills to handle caseloads and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to therapy delivery
