About the role

Lakeview Physiotherapy is seeking passionate and experienced Physiotherapists to join our team on a casual or full time basis. This role will involve providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients in our clinic located in Patterson Lakes, Victoria. As a casual Physiotherapist, you will have the flexibility to work hours that suit your lifestyle while contributing to the wellbeing of our patients. As a full time Physiotherapist you will have the opportunity to learn about running a small business and be involved in upgrading our patient record keeping from manual to digital system. There is also the option for a locum position from July 2025 for 6-12months taking on a very well established client list.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for patients
• Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Adhering to all relevant clinical and safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care
• Assisting the managerial team with Promotional activities and Digitalisation of patient records

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and the delivery of high-quality patient care
