About the role

Custom Parts Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Penrith, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of heavy vehicles, ensuring they are kept in excellent working condition.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on heavy vehicle trailers
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks like servicing and inspections
• Perform repairs and replacements on brake & suspension
• Use specialised tools and equipment to troubleshoot and fix problems efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
• Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and fix complex issues
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members
