Job Summary

We require a Part Time, Customer Service Officer & Baggage Ramp Agent ( Approx. 20 Hrs Per week but may lead to more for the right person ) for our Port Macquarie NSW Airport Operation. Our Check-in Agent you will be the first contact for Aus Flight Handling and the Airline you will be representing, greeting each passenger with a welcoming smile is important. You will check them in, issue a boarding pass, tag their bag, be it for business or pleasure and you will be there to guide them every step of the way. You will keep them well informed and make sure they are in the right place at the right time. You will need to follow all security, safety, Aus Flight Handling and airline specific policies and procedures.

As a Ramp/Baggage handler, you will be required to Marshall Aircraft to the bay, Unload Baggage and freight, re-load baggage and freight, possibly help clean the aircraft. Ensure all equipment that is used is in a safe working order. Follow all Company and Airline Policy and Safety Procedures.

• That you can physically push a wheelchair and handle passengers’ baggage as required
• To speak fluent English
• Have a current Drivers Licence.
• To have good computer skills.
• Able to lift 32 KG (Ramp)
