Medacs Healthcare are assisting a disability service and support organization source Senior Behaviour Support Practitioners for multiple part-time roles in metro Brisbane

The role:
The Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner (SBSP) is required to evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space. The SBSP will ensure individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, interests and promotes their quality of life. Whilst doing so you will also build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of all those who are important to the participant and their support network.

Work from home (excluding client visits)
Part-time role (three days a week)

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support e.g., Psychology, Social Work or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience demonstrating provision of positive behaviour support services
• Registered with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission as a Proficient or Advanced PBS Practitioner
• A national police clearance and working with children check (or the ability to obtain one
• Compliance checks including the NDIS Workers Screening Check, National Criminal History Check and any relevant State-issued WWCC/WWVP cards
• COVID19 Vaccination Digital Certificate, inclusive of mandated booster vaccinations as directed by State Government and NDIS mandates
• Valid Australian Driver Licence
