Duties:

• Liaise with vendors for material requirements
• Place material orders and goods receipt in SAP
• Analyse inventory requirements and confirm deliveries
• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders including warehousing, QA and QC to analyze, confirm and maintain inventory requirements
• Complete compliance forms and import permit applications
• Write and amend SOPs, work instructions and other documents

About you:

• Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Manager/Coordinator in a Pharmaceutical or similar environment
• Excellent Excel skills
• SAP experience is essential
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
