The Role
As Assessor/Estimator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Create scopes of work, costings, and insurance reports for damaged assets.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring seamless execution of insurance-related construction and restoration projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and the team to ensure projects meet expectations and deadlines.
• Estimate project costs and manage resources effectively for efficient project completion.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Location: Work from home and on the road
Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible working arrangements
Salary: Up to $100,000 salary plus super + car + fuel + phone and laptop.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

To be successful in this role, you will offer the following:

• Ideal candidates should have trade qualifications and at least three years of experience, including health and safety tickets, estimating, and site management.
• Primarily in restoration work and insurance building. Prior experience in estimations or project management, especially in large-scale projects, is highly desirable.
• Experience as a loss adjuster or working within an insurance building is highly valued.
• Must have Queensland-specific knowledge, including QBCC licensing and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Candidates should have practical experience and a focus on effective project management to drive successful outcomes.
