Stroud Homes Maroochydore, a locally owned and well-respected new home building company, has a vacant position for a highly motivated sales associate for our Maroochydore/Noosa region.

We are a small tight knit team of professionals with a passion for quality service. We are looking for a new member of the team that can meet our energy and enthusiasm in the workplace daily. Prior experience in the building or real estate industry is a plus but not completely necessary.

A successful applicant will require the following:

• Excellent presentation and communication.
• Have an understanding of all social media platforms.
• The will to develop new skills and learn about the building industry.
• Customer service focus and integrity.
• Organisation skills and resourcefulness.
• A strong attention to detail.

Your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Creating and building relationships with other professionals in the industry by attending events.
• Creating & updating house and land packages.
• Working with the sales consultants to ensure the display homes are open.
• Shadowing senior sales members and attending client meetings to learn the processes and strategies to lead into a sales role.
• Siting homes on disclosure plans and generating quotes.
