Position Description:
Due to continued business growth, this company is seeking an experienced payroll officer to assist the team. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated individual to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Weekly payroll processing for employees across Aus
• End to End payroll - creating new starters, terminations, super, PAYG Tax etc for 200 + employees
• Reconciliation of payroll tax, work cover and superannuation monthly balance sheet rec and annual reconciliation
• Some HR responsibilities, such as contract creation, onboarding and offboarding

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and regulations
• Prior experience using Employment Hero/Innovation software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
• Effective time management & organisational skills
