We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our fast-growing East Coast team and clients, on a landfill site in Kemps Creek, NSW. This position will be casual for an 3 month duration with potential to move to permanent direct with the client. Hours worked will be Monday to Saturday (M -F 7 am to 6 pm), (Saturday – 7 am to 2 pm).

Duties Include:

• Operating earthmoving equipment (e.g. waste compactors, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers etc)
• Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
• Work safely and in accordance with the site rules at all times.
• Report safety incidents and hazard immediately.
• Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

• Australian C Class Driver’s License (Essential)
• Excavator Licence (RII/Ticket Essential)
• Mobile Plant/ Dump Truck/ Bulldozer/ Waste Compactor Licencing (Preferred)
• Civil Experience (Large Side Hill Drops, Creating Roads/Stockpile Pits) – Competency Needed)
• Good work ethic
• Commitment to safety
• Self-motivated
