We are looking for a Casual Front of House staff member to join our team at a Kuon omakase at Darling Square and Tsuzumi Omakase at Barangaroo. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English and have experience in a similar role. Japanese language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests
• Serve food, sake, and wine
• Provide excellent customer service in a fine dining setting
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure a smooth dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a Japanese restaurant or fine dining setting
• Ability to communicate in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
• Knowledge of sake and wine is preferred but not required
• A friendly and professional attitude
