About the Company

Our client is an established and fast-growing digital marketing and lead generation agency specialising in the real estate industry.

About the Role

Love real estate but hate working in an office? As a Client Success Manager, you’ll manage 5+ real estate clients and ensure they generate and convert leads.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Appointment Setting: Booking appraisals for real estate agents
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Managing Meta (Facebook) leads and prospecting client databases
• Ad Campaign Support: Overseeing automation and campaign performance (training provided)
• Client Success & Retention: Conducting check-in calls to maintain high satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer success (real estate experience preferred)
• Highly driven and committed - this role is not a 9-5, you will work long days and gain flexibility and growth in return
• Strong consultative sales and pipeline management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a strong communicator
