Our client, an established real estate marketing agency, is looking for a Client Success Manager (Appointment Setter) to help real estate agents generate leads, book appointments, and optimise their ad campaigns. About the Company
Our client is an established and fast-growing digital marketing and lead generation agency specialising in the real estate industry.
About the Role
Love real estate but hate working in an office? As a Client Success Manager, you’ll manage 5+ real estate clients and ensure they generate and convert leads.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Appointment Setting: Booking appraisals for real estate agents
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Managing Meta (Facebook) leads and prospecting client databases
- Ad Campaign Support: Overseeing automation and campaign performance (training provided)
- Client Success & Retention: Conducting check-in calls to maintain high satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer success (real estate experience preferred)
- Highly driven and committed - this role is not a 9-5, you will work long days and gain flexibility and growth in return
- Strong consultative sales and pipeline management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a strong communicator
