About the role

Polished concrete Australia is seeking an experienced Concrete Polisher to join our team in Schofields, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a leading provider of premium concrete polishing services.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain specialised concrete polishing equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
• Prepare and clean concrete surfaces in preparation for polishing
• Mix and apply products such sealers, and protectors
• Carefully monitor the polishing process to ensure consistent results
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients throughout the project
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete polishing or a similar role in the building trades industry
• Proficiency in operating concrete polishing equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve high-quality finishes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Be able to work night shifts as required
