Inside Solutions Specialist
Reports to the Director of Sales
Based - Gold Coast, International HQ Office

The Inside Sales Specialist primary role is to enhance our overall customer experience in partnership with our field Sales Team, primarily through providing solutions based on understanding the customer needs.

Key Job Tasks -

• Provides customer service on allocated projects
• Collaborates with Sales & Operational Teams on specific customer needs and solutions that will enhance the customer experience journey
• Supports customers with distribution of samples, marketing collateral, relevant sales information & communication
• Hosts Product Workshops with Architects
• Assist with GTM strategies in with Sales Team Leaders
• In partnership with leading Account Manager assists with key sales activities that support multi site partnerships
• Assists with Sales Operation based tasks such as Estimating updates, Contract management (SOW) and Documentation coordination
