The Opportunity

Used Caravan Sales Manager at West Coast Caravans & Consignment, a leading provider of quality pre-owned caravans in the Maddington, WA area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the sales of our extensive range of high-quality used caravans, ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales process for pre-owned caravans, from initial customer inquiries to finalising purchase agreements
• Proactively source and acquire high-quality used caravans to expand our inventory
• Price and negotiate sales of used caravans to achieve targeted profit margins
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection, features, and benefits of our used caravans
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive used caravan sales
• Manage a team, providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to ensure exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures
• Uploading of Advertisements to Marketing portals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within the caravanning or automotive industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide knowledgeable and tailored advice
• Strong understanding of the caravanning industry, including market trends, pricing, and customer preferences
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• A passion for the caravanning lifestyle and a desire to share your enthusiasm with customers
