What This Role Involves:

• Ensure Cleaning Excellence – Conduct random site checks at night, use GoPro cameras & iPads for inspections, and retrain cleaners.
• Manage & Support a Team – Oversee 17+ cleaners, hire & train new staff, and maintain a backup team of staff for emergencies.
• Client & Staff Communication – Stay connected via WhatsApp, handle complaints professionally, and build strong relationships with clients.
• Compliance & Safety Leadership – Conduct risk assessments, audits, toolbox talks, and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
• Operational Flexibility – Work autonomously from your car with full flexibility, eliminating unnecessary office visits.
• Ad-Hoc Cleaning & Special Projects – Oversee one-off deep cleans and additional service requests as needed.

What You Need:

1. Experience in school cleaning or similar environments
2. Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or Frontline Management (or equivalent experience)
3. Current Class C Driver Licence
4. Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one)
5. Police Check (within last 12 months)
6. Permanent residency or plans to obtain it
7. High personal presentation & strong communication skills
8. Reliable transportation & ability to commit to regular shifts
9. Flexibility for afternoon & evening work and Weekends if needed.
