TARGO ST BAKERY PTY LTD
Our bakery is in need of an experience baker with the following skills:

  • Production of a variety of breads and pastry products and ensure production runs are sufficient to meet the trading activities of the business.
  • Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping of dough and pastry products
  • Decorating and glazing
  • Checking and maintaining cleanliness of equipment to ensure compliance with OHC regulations
  • Prepare and bake products
  • Load and unload products and the cooling of product batches
  • Control and monitor oven temperature to determine baking times

Qualification requirement: At least Certificate III
Experience requirement: At least 3 years related experience
Other requirements: Early start
Salary offer: $77000 per annum plus super
Full time
