YOUR NEW ROLE
As the valued RIGHT HAND to a top calibre common law personal injury lawyer with 20 yrs experience, you will love actively assisting in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their common law claims ( CTP/motor vehicle accidents, public liability, work injury damages and abuse).

Specifically, you will be interacting with clients, solicitors/barristers/doctors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, diary management/making appointments, filing/administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• are an experienced legal secretary or paralegal/law clerk with minimum 1 year or MORE (up to very senior 10-20+ yrs) hands-on personal injury law experience assisting solicitors with day -to-day case management;
• have had some experience in at least 1 or more of: 1) CTP 2) work injury damages 3) public liability.
• have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
• are ambitious+ proactive+ enjoy what you do;
• have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
