About us

We are a small boutique 39 place long day care located in the leafy suburb of Blaxland (near Penrith). We are a family run centre who have been catering for children aged 0-6 for the past fifteen years. We have a well-established stable team but are looking to expand the team. A two room only service. Low staff turnover, supportive and flexible management. We work hard but have lots of fun at the same time! Work for an employer who appreciates you and your daily contribution. Qualifications & experience

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care, or working towards Certificate III or Diploma
• ECT position also available
• WWCC, knowledge of NQS, NQF and the regulations
• Experience with leading and motivating a team
• Room leader experience highly desirable
• ECT qualifications or currently studying ECT also encouraged to apply.

• Assisting room to maintain children health and safety
• Providing quality care for children
• Supporting the holistic development of children
• Leading and motivating fellow educators
• Contributing to daily curriculum and learning stories
• Creating warm and inviting learning experiences and room layouts
