About the role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Childcare Educators to join our team at Evolution Early Learning in Mooloolaba. As a Childcare Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre. This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding career in the exciting field of childcare.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children
• Providing a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment that supports the growth and wellbeing of each child
• Observing and documenting children's progress and development
• Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with them to support their children's learning
• Adhering to all regulatory requirements and Centre policies and procedures
• Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• A relevant Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their wellbeing
• Demonstrated experience in a similar childcare role (preferred but not essential)
• A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
