About the role

EVOLUTION EARLY LEARNING KULUIN is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. As a full-time educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our centre located in Kuluin.

What you'll be doing

• Plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children
• Engage children in meaningful learning experiences that promote their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
• Observe and document children's progress, and use this information to inform your teaching practices
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Build strong relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre
• Adhere to all relevant legislation, regulations and centre policies

What we're looking for

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working in an early childhood education setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering children's learning and development
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach
• A valid Working with Children Check
